And It Begins...

This is a project I've been wanting to embark on for a quite a while now; something that's been bubbling in the back of my mind. Now it begins.

This journal, of sorts, will be what I believe is an essentialists guide to the hip-hop world... not just the everyday suburban whitey who hears something on the radio and turns it into his new lifestyle. Becoming immersed in this music is a lifestyle in itself, and exploring the depths of every corner of this music is what has consumed my life for almost two and a half years.

Now's the time I can educate the world, or any readership I come upon in this project. The ABCs of hip-hop will be laid down right in front of your eyes.
